- Warming up of muscles is very important for ensuring that the body is ready for weights and exercises and to prevent injuries by reducing stiffness of the body.
- Spine twist is a good way to flex and warm the back, waist and abs muscles. Spine Twist also adds strength to lower back muscles.
- Stand with a feet distance apart and hand stretched out. Twist till you reach the maximum on one side, repeat with other side.
- Exercise with caution if you suffer from or have had back injury.
