- Warming up of muscles is very important for ensuring that the body is ready for weights and exercises and to prevent injuries by reducing stiffness of the body.
- Neck stretch warms up your neck and upper shoulder muscles.
- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and slowly stretch and rotate your neck clockwise and then anti clockwise in a slow and controlled manner.
- If you have problem balancing, take support from a wall or a vertical surface.
