- Warming up of muscles is very important for ensuring that the body is ready for weights and exercises and to prevent injuries by reducing stiffness of the body.
- Foot Rotation warms up your ankle joint.
- Stand on left foot with the right foot at 90 degrees angle. Rotate the foot from the ankle clockwise for one set and reverse with the clockwise. Perform the exercise with the left foot after the right foot is done.
- If you have problem balancing, take support from a wall or a vertical surface.
