Chest
Keep your feet together at all times.
If you can't touch your toes its alright, just dont bend your knees.
Stand with your feet together.
Raise your hands oner your head and keep them straight.
Slowly bend forward and touch your toes withour bending your knees. Hold for a few seconds.
Return back to your starting pose, and now slowly bend backwards with your arms on your hip, as far as you can.
Hold for a few seconds and return back to the start position.
Repeat again as desired.
Don't bend back too much incase you hurt your back.
